Planning applications are rarely a foregone conclusion. At the outset, opportunity must be weighed against the risk. There are many variables, not all of them within your control.

We have undertaken planning support programmes for two decades. Our political and community liaison specialists aim to enhance the client’s ability to achieve a planning consent. Our skill lies in developing and implementing the most appropriate strategy for a given scenario, identifying the critical pressure points and concentrating our resources on them.

Clients include FTSE companies with major land holdings, developers, fast-food operators, housebuilders, local authorities, pension funds, private landowners and retailers.
