Corus

An FTSE 100 global metals producer, Corus has an annual turnover of £9 billion and employs over 48,000 people in over 40 countries. Camargue was brought on board to develop a communications strategy for the whole of the company's construction business - the largest single part of Corus, accounting for some 30% of turnover. Prior to Camargue, Corus' construction business used multiple PR agencies. Camargue's dual role requires us to lead a corporate communications programme which dovetails with individual campaigns for some 16 business units.


Lafarge

Lafarge Cement is the global market leader in cement production and part of the Lafarge Group, the world's leading producer of building materials. For the past seven years, we have delivered an integrated marketing and PR strategy to support Lafarge Cement UK’s world-renowned Blue Circle portfolio focusing on driving product and brand awareness to boost product sales and position Lafarge Cement as an expert industry commentator.


Tarmac

Tarmac is the leading supplier of heavy building materials in the UK. It employs more than 12,500people worldwide in 521 units worldwide and has an annual turnover of £2.1billion. Camargue is retained by Tarmac's Building Products division to promote the TopFloor, TermoDeck and Precast brands. The agency's remit is to develop and implement a communications strategy for these core products to a diverse range of end user markets.

Wolseley

An FTSE top 50 company with a market capitalisation of approximately £7 billion, Wolseley operates in 27 countries and employs more than 80,000 people. Camargue was appointed to support Wolseley gain wider UK recognition as it embarked on an ambitious acquisition programme. We have played an important role in putting Wolseley on the map through media relations, stakeholder engagement and issues management . At the end of 2006 and for the third year running, Wolseley scooped the Management Today Most Admired Company award in its sector.
