Camargue to focus on housing affordability
April 2007
Camargue has won a four-way pitch to support the launch of a new Government-sponsored body, established to help find solutions to the growing problem of housing affordability in the UK.
Camargue will support the National Housing and Planning Advice Unit (NHPAU) - an independent body funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government to provide advice on housing affordability issues - through a programme of national, local and trade media relations and by providing strategic and practical support for its formal launch in June.
Camargue will report to the NHPAU`s Chief Executive, Kevin Williamson, and will work closely with its board of eminent academics, economists and housing specialists.
