Town centre regeneration proposal for Harlow

Joint venture partners, Australian developer Stockland and Harlow Council, have appointed Camargue to provide communications support for the regeneration of Harlow town centre.
 
The scheme involves 1.3 million sq ft of new development and will deliver a major transformation of the existing facilities.  The proposal includes new shops, offices, homes, leisure and transport aspects, as well as improved areas of public open space and a re-working of the market
