Following a 360 audit of stakeholder perceptions we developed a strategy to align Balfour Beatty with the emerging market order.
On the back of this research Camargue developed the ‘To Do List’ campaign, which simply but effectively communicates what clients can expect from Balfour Beatty now and in the future. A series of ambitious delivery targets, the ‘To Do List’ aimed to stretch its own and sector boundaries.
Not only is it helping to shape a new internal delivery culture reflecting client needs, it’s allowing the business to become the very best version of itself.
