First UK wind farm validated by IPC

It is the first wind farm in the UK to reach this stage of the IPC’s planning process.

The decision to validate the application confirms that the wind farm proposals have been correctly submitted and consultation carried out successfully. The application for the Carmarthenshire wind farm will now pass into the examination stages of the IPC’s decision making process.
